FAQS

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How often can I use Bohemian Brothers Beard Oil?
The best time to apply beard oil is just after your morning or evening shower; while your beard is still wet. In general, 1 to 2 daily applications should keep your beard and skin healthy and well nourished.

How long will a bottle of beard oil last?
A single 2oz. bottle should last 2-3 months, depending on use. The average shelf life of our beard oils is 12 months.

How do I use beard oil?
Always shake well before use.  Dispense 2-4 splashes into your palm. Rub your hands together to spread the oil.  Apply the oil to your clean, damp beard. Use your fingertips to massage the oil down to your skin(where it really works its magic).

Why is my beard oil cloudy?
Due to the virgin pressed oils we use in our products, it's quite common for some cloudiness in the final product.  Also, since we don't use chemical emulsifiers, it's common for some oil separation to occur.  Just give the bottle a quick shake before each use and it's good to go.

What is Pre-Shave Oil?
Pre-Shave Oil is an oil, applied just prior to shaving that results in a closer, smoother shave, with less irritation.  It can be used in place of, or in addition to shaving gels, cremes, or soaps.

How do I use Pre-Shave Oil?
It's easy to use.  Dispense a quarter-size amount into the palm of your hand.  Rub your hands together to spread the oil. Then, apply the oil to clean wet skin on the face and neck.  Shave as usual, with or without shaving creme, gel or soap.
